Comment by Joker I will never understand why the previous year "special toys" Flamer, Shredder, etc. On one side you can buy the sweater and Blue Racer to get other achievements but you can't buy the Flamer They could have made it so you can buy the previous years toys via the Winter Veil currency from your garrison like you can with one of the toys for this year's WV.
