The change of preference period allows time for you to consider your options based on your results, as well as to consider your preferences based on feedback from interviews, folio presentations and auditions. This is because the vast majority of course offers are made in January, and there are no guarantees in future rounds. If students have done well on the GAT, then their achievements are likely to be high on their school-based assessments and examinations. If your final examination score is significantly different from the score predicted by the GAT, school indicative grades, other scores for the study, and scores for SACs and SATs, your examination will be assessed again.
